Claudia Bates Cornell, Psy.D.

Dr. Claudia Cornell is a Psychotherapist in Southern California, specializing in abuse issues, with victims and perpetrators.   Earning  a Doctorate Of Psychology degree in 1996, Dr. Cornell has dedicated her professional career to advocacy and intervention for victims of abuse and their families. She is an author, an educator, a consultant and public speaker.  Dr. Cornell currently works in association with a domestic violence agency in Southern California, providing therapy services for men, women and children, and leading Anger Management groups for women.

Kimberly C. Taylor, M.S.

Kim Taylor is an author, writer and lecturer. She is currently the Program Director and therapist for a counseling agency in Corona.  She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2004 and has worked for over twenty years with child abuse victims and domestic violence victims and over the last five years, has conducted groups for men and women who were convicted of domestic violence. She was the founder and organizer of the first Teen Talk Youth Conference and has planned conferences for clergy and legal and law enforcement professionals on domestic violence in the last eight years. She has worked as a consultant in the area of domestic violence. In 2005, Kim received the Woman of Distinction Award in the area of Economic and Social Development in honor of her achievements toward making a difference for women in the city of Corona presented to her by Soroptimist International. She is passionate about making a difference for women, men and children in the area of domestic abuse. She is currently co-authoring a book on domestic violence and the male victim entitled: Trapped In Silence.
